Claimant says: "Have filed a complaint with HSBC about a charge of $800.00 made to my credit card in June of last year to Home Savers of America and charged by Petridis Fine Art of Slippery Rock, Pa. I have sent them numerous emails and other information showing they said they reversed it, but HSBC refuses to remove it and keeps asking for more information and I sent more last month and have had no reply.
