Claimant says: "I was told by Ms. Cuevas tha the second floor Condo for rent had several steps to reach the level. When arrived I found that ther were 14/16 step to take to the second level. Ms Cuavas was previouls tole by me that My Wife and were 86yrs old My wife have knee/back problems and I have heart trouble. We could not handle the high flight of stairs.”
