Claimant says: "My husband ordered some Willow Tree Figurines from HOUSEOFFONTANINI.COM on Dec 10th as a Christmas gift for me. Our account was charged on 12/12/11 but the items never arrived. After several calls, they said they will not return our money or send us the product until a trace has been done and the item is returned to them. A trace has been done, they said the city in the address was misspelled ( even though items are shipped by zipcode). We have not been told where the items are but they are refusing to do anything for us.”
