Claimant says: "Travel package sold with the proviso - contractual and verbal - that there will be no fees or penalties for recission within the 3 days period. Small print talks of restocking fee which is charged even though there is NOTHING given - no merchandise, no access to website, not even a number - to restock. How do you restock nothing? This is just a fee or penalty for recinding. It is fraudulent to say there is no fee or penalty and then charge a fee for restocking when there is nothing to restock.”
