Claimant says: "I was a previous customer of this company. In June 2008, I attempted to receive 60$ from an atm machine at sequan indian reservation, using my customer atm card from global services. I was denied and never received 60$, within 3 days, global services attempted to withdraw the 60$ transaction from my bank account. I was denied and never received 60$, within 3 days, global services attempted to withdraw the 60$ transaction from my bank account. I filed a dispute with my bank, and they credited my account back correctly. I have answered and contacted global services numerous times in which I have had reps hang up on me; won't talk back to me' and have sent my account to collections who are sending me threatening letters. I don't want to get an attorney because of the cost, but also this is the principle issue more than $60 being gone from my pocket unjustified.*” ...Show less »
