Claimant says: "I signed a contract and paid up front for a new roof on April 26, 2011. As of this date I have no roof. Each time I call the company they say we will be out next week. This has gone on for almost seven months and they never show up as promised. Three weeks ago they sent some men out to strip the old shingles off the roof. They said they would return the next working day to put the new shingles on. They have not returned and I have a bare roof.”
