Claimant says: "I requested l unit/set of Meat-Loaf pans with slicing knifes, I received 3 units/sets. Over charged for shipping and handling (S+H). S+H was not $7.95 but $15.90. Charged my credit card$157.55 for all 3 units/sets. 1) I never ordered 3 - only one unit/set. 2)Each unit/set was in 1 box but charged S+H for each box of $15.90. I request a refund of all S+H and for each unit/box. They said they would refund only $69.90!”
