I told him a mistake was made and that I did make a payment, because it showed right on my bank statement that I did! He talked to me like I was a idiot, and wouldn't let me speak. Claimant says: "Ge Mony Bank has lost two payments that I made to them on two diffrent accounts Spoke with several customer service reps and Manager to resolve this issue. They stated to me that I would need to send in proff of these payments which I sent them on two diffrent occations copies of my bank statement and compies of the cancled checks. Which they have stated to me they did not recieve; the checks nor copies of dispute to the billing department and are now charging me with 480.00 dollers of intrest on one of the accounts.”
