Claimant says: "I ordered a couch from this company in November 2010. When it was delivered late, in late December, we received a damaged couch with a big hole in the leather. We promptly sent all the information they ask for to get it replaced. We have been getting the run around for 8 1/2 months now and still nothing has been solved. I am so sick of calling this company and getting no true answers. We still have a payed off couch with a big hole in it. Very up set.”
