Claimant says: "They claim that because I ordered something on line, or from TV or from a post card sent in that I was enrolled for their program with a 30 day free trial. They claim that I received a membership letter that I did not receive. They have been charging me $24.95 from my bank account for December, January and February and my husband just caught it last week.
