I been working the Morning shifts since 2006 of my hired date, I got told to open my flexibliy by my HR to see if that would help me but instead my normal duties are given to an employee that recently was hired on and all my Seniority stripped from me.
The Manager that I am dealing with harrasses me, abuses the rights of the company, for I talk to other managers and I learn how to function to My Stores Corporate Policys.
This Manager has declined everything I am as a Baker. She insistes of telling me off and misusing her Management for what she calls Business ethics. She cuts me down infront of Human Resources, Main Lead Supervisiory to District Store Management and Coorperate people so I don't get hired threw out the other store departments if I would like to move away or to advance.
I like my job but I can't work in an enviroment as rash bullyism.
