Originally the contract called for a 90 day escrow but there were some problems with the city of Hesperia which Mr. Newman was aware of at the beginning of our negotions. On September 9, 2011 I called Mr. Newman to inform him everything was settled with Hesperia and to continue with the escrow. In that process he now wants to delay the close of escrow until January 2012.
I want Mr. Newman to honor our original 90 day escrow which I understand could not begin until September 9th. All I am asking for is an escrow number and a closing date so I can pursue with the purchase of another home.*” ...Show less »
