Complaint Types: I just feel ripped off., Overcharge or billing error

Claimant says: "We had work done on a 1994 Lincoln Town Car and was charged 604.82 for parts, supplies 76.00, epa compliance chg 6.08, service history admin 1.75, lab mechanical 1169.99, sub total 1858.64, Ga. state sales tax 27.23, county sales tax 20.42, Total Charge 1908.29. They replaced upper and lower ball joints both sides and sway bar link kits both sides. Car was in for work around 0900 hrs and was completed before 1400 hrs. pm .
