I called the contractor that had done work for me before and told him I didn't have any hot water. He didn't even bother to come and look. He simply went to the hardware store, bought a part and came out and within less than 10 minutes the problem was fixed and I had hot water in 20 minutes. He also said that the unit was NOT improperly installed.
I spoke with the manager of Home Depoe and told him about this incident and said that I don't think this theving con artist deserves a job. He made copies of the business card and the estimate and gave me a store credit for my expenses. C. Morrison*” ...Show less »
