Claimant says: "I received a new radio for my car as a gift purchased from Extreme Audio & Performance of Manchester, CT. I returned the radio because the merchant sold the wrong radio. I received a $287.15 credit. The merchant then pulled out the radio and sent it out to be repaired. When radio was returned and installed the merchant charged me $483.89. Claimant says: "I went in with my 2004 mercedes that the stereo had stopped working and (Mike) was the guy over the place and I say to him that I would like to get a stereo that I can unplug it and plug in the new one from mercedes and not to cut any wires. They cut out all the wires and when I asked to have them fix it he would tell me to come back.
