Claimant says: "Card Processing Center sent me an agreement on Sept. 3, 2009 stating that if I paid 55% of the balance that I owed with them they would consider my account paid in full. They listed the amount that I was to pay is month, which was $162,42 for 12 months. I signed the agreement returned it and paid the monthly terms each month for twelve months. Now they are calling me to pay the balance plus put my name in the three credit reports as if I have not paid them. Please help me resolve this matter as soon as possible.”
