Claimant says: "I have had very disturbing experiences with the dentist and his staff. The main complaint is about when I had come to them about have tooth pain in 3 of my teeth. The dentist had said they all needed rootcanals. He then asked which one was the worst. I had expained to him that my molar was the one of the worst and within mins he began what I had thought was the rootcanal. They had taken xrays but not of this particular tooth. While I was writhing in pain he quickly did the rootcanal. Before this time he was jumping from room to room working on at times 4 patients. He then left the room and I didnt see him again.They never took another xray to see if he had gotten the whole root..somthing I hadnt thought of while I was shaking in pain from the experience. The very rude staff then scurried me up to the front for payment. After I had handed over my card ( I had been givin estimate of rootcanals I had needed but then was giving a much larger bill to sign). When I questioned why it was more they had said it was a differant tooth and that it was only a partial rootcanal. I was upset and aked for the dentist & told no. I had asked for pain meds and treated with disqust. I still have pain. I have now been told by another dentist that no rootcanal was performed.*” ...Show less »
