Complaint Types: I just feel ripped off.

Claimant says: "applied for a $10000 loan for a 4 year term and paid them a upfront fee of $947.00 which was to be for 4 monthly payments and was to be applied to my loan. Paid thru PayPal and never got the loan. I did note the payment went to a firm name in Canada which raised a red flag to me and did try to stop payment from going thru but PayPal said it was too late.
