I have asked several times to be issued a new tower, but have been denied that request. Due to this problem I have lost wages and cannot be compensated for those wages from my employer I have already purchased a new computer, an HP, not a Dell so I can continue with my job online. I would simply like to return the damaged computer to Dell at this time without any further financial obligation to the company*” ...Show less »
