Complaint Types: I just feel ripped off.

Claimant says: "We live at 95 Maiden Ln, Bristol. During the October Storm Alfred we had a tree fall on our chimney, damaging it. The insurance company asked us to get an estimate from a reputable company. Not knowing anyone, I got the name of Creative Masonry & Chimney LLC on line. They came and gave us an estimate but charged us $129.00 for it saying that $129.00 would then be credited IF we had the work done by them.
