They have no phone number that you can contact Pro View Cobra directly. They have said that the insurance has been reinstated but it is a month behind, Dec. payment is for November. I get 752.00 a month Social Security and pay them close to five hundred a month, and now they are telling me I am a month behind. I have not received my coupons for 2012 and they are now saying I don't need a coupon to mail in my payment.
