Later, before trashing the range, I decided to check it out myself. I reset the clock, and presto, everything works fine. All features depend on the clock being set. If I could figure it out, I feel that this is something a competent applance repair man should know. I feel that he misrepresented his qualifications. His Yellow Pages ad says, ACCA Certified, EPA Approved, and Factory Trained.
Mr. Yurber has not responded to either of my letters requesting refund, or to my phone call in his voice mail.
I wish him to refund my payment.
