Claimant says: "Breach of Contract-Refund due for inability to gain a Home Loan Modification ands as per contract case # 48003, a refund is due for 100% of my money less a $395.00 fee. ($1500.00-$395.00=$1105.00) As per a writen response from Ms. Pines, Director of HR, by 9/9/10, I was to recieve word by mail if CMA would honor my refund. I have heard nothing from CMA even after another letter and numerous calls that go to voice mail and have never been returned.”
