Complaint Types: I just feel ripped off., Bad business practices

Claimant says: "We ordered 14 round trip tickets to italy to take 8 students for an exchange program. The tickets that we received did not meet the international required time for connection. Upon review we contacted Mr Ted Abib the president and he said he would look into it. Upon talkink to American airline they said the same thing. Mr Abib and American are playing the blaming game. The trip is scheduled for march 22nd and we do not have the tickets yet please help this will destroy the dreams of those students. thank you oronzo peconio”
