Claimant says: "This organization was very rude. This was for a wedding party of over 30 people and we had to scramble 2 days before the wedding to find alternative transportation. Up until the day of the wedding we had no idea if a bus from Charter Dispatch would show up or not. The least they could have done was told us they overbooked and didn't have anything for us and returned our money. Instead they choose to ignore us and keep our money.”
