This order was charged to my credit card and backordered. As of May, the items were still backordered so I cancelled the order and requested a refund to my credit card. I was informed they would have to send a check which should have arrived by June 15, 2011. After repeated emails with no response and one letter with no response and it is almost impossible to actually reach a customer representative, I still have not received my refund check.”
