Claimant says: "I have a bill from the above. they charged me $88.27 for two collect calls. My friend had to call me from portland, or. to vancouver, wa. His phone was out of order. anyway the charge was $39.85 for one call the other one was for $28.15. Then there were tax and there was carrier cost recover fee $3.99 ? and a charge for universal service fund for $9.59 total $13.58 ??? taxes,fees and surcharges total $6.69. GRAND TOTAL $88.27.
