Claimant says: "Our garage cement floor is crumbling. It is only one year old. We have contacted them numerous times. They never show up when they say they will and it is causing problems with my husbands job as he travels and has to rearrange appointments to be in Calgary. Most of the time when either my husband or I try contacting the office it goes directly to the answering machine. We started calling in May 2011 to correct this.
