Three weeks later I got a bill for $628.63. I explained I would pay what I authorized, the first item on the bill for $75 an another $75 in the interest of compromise.
This is no different than if I took a car in for an oil change for $30 and returned and got a bill for $628 for repair to a minor dent, which I had had for some time, and could drive without, and saw no reason to fix because the car was only worth $600. The public should be protected from unscrupulous predatory actions such as Mr. Burgin says are a regular part of his work.*” ...Show less »
