Claimant says: "The Gallatin County GIS office changed the numerics on my residence, and as a result, Bresnan closed my old account and opened a new account, and is now charging me a 'Transfer of Service Fee' of $7.83 for something I had no control over. After talking to the person in the local office, I received no satisfaction, hence this complaint. I feel this charge is unjustified. Please advise. Thankyou. Walter J Baxter, Jr.”
