Claimant says: "I normally send boxes to Brazil frequently using BRCOURIER. Prior to this incident, I have not had any problems with their service. I send a box on June 24th, 2011 and another box on September 16th, 2011, two within a three month period. (Awaiting shipment to Brazil). After seeing this I immediately contacted BRCOURIER via phone at 1-866-649-8500 to see why my box was listed with that status. I spoke with a manager whom apologized for the error but could not give me a clear answer about the status of my shipment. He told me that they were not sure where my box was but that were going to look for it. I informed him that the box contained gifts for my mothers??? birthday and she was looking forward to receiving them. He asked me to give them fifteen day to locate my box, that time has since elapsed with no results. I was prepared to pick up my box so that I may travel with it on my upcoming trip to Brasil scheduled for November 7th, 2011, however that option is not valid since they have not located my box.*” ...Show less »
