Complaint Types: Bad business practices

Claimant says: "My Rating for this place was on top of the chart, not so much for the service but the food was not too bad for the price. I was at least in there once or twice a wk, until couple of weeks ago I went there realize I forgot my debit card, I was with my kids they were hungry and didn't want to go all the home to get my card, but when I went in there to ask, there were 2 customers in front of me who happen to be writing a check and the lady cashier accept both with no problem. When it was my turn I place my order and went to pay for my order she looked at me and statedd I DON'T TAKE CHECKS I asked pardon me she repeat it I DON'T TAKE CHECKS I advise her she just took checks from the customers infront of me all of a sudden she didn't speak any English! I asked for the Manager she said she will call him and walked away and came back said No asked for her name she gave me her name and the Managers name she said El Salvador and she didn't know his last name...I advise her that she can't DISCRIMINATE but of course it was no use. She suddenly didn't speak any English only spanish to the cook whom I know who I was cause I order the same thing when I go in there every time. I hope to get a msg that this is Discrimination, but I'm done with them and I will let everyone I know not to go there. sign out>” ...Show more »
