Claimant says: "In 2003,I moved into a house at 19172 Hancock in Warsaw,Mo. My sewer bill was $35 per month. I never missed a single payment. In 2011,january of this year,my rates increased to $54.25 per month. No problem...I paid it. In March,I moved out. I bought a house in another town (Lincoln,Mo.). Well,I kept getting sewer bills even though I notified the company that I had moved.
