Claimant says: "I brought my car in on September 27th 2011 @ 1pm was told it would take my car 2 to 2 1/2 hours to get my car cleaned ( asked for the full detail ). My car was not started until at least 3 pm . My car was not finished until 6 pm. I was never told that there might be a wait or asked if I would like to make an appointment. Great I went by to pick it up the following day. I explained to the manager my fustration from the previous day. He said he would watch the video and find out what time my car went in. He would call me back ( I knew he would never call me back . He never asked for my phone number, but he did know where I worked ). I honestly would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.
