Claimant says: "I brought my car in on September 27th 2011 @ 1pm was told it would take my car 2 to 2 1/2 hours to get my car cleaned ( asked for the full detail ). My car was not started until at least 3 pm . My car was not finished until 6 pm. I was never told that there might be a wait or asked if I would like to make an appointment. I was not happy with the inconvience of having to wait. Plus some of my stuff was missing. Next day I called to speak with the manager . I was told my stuff was still there.
