Claimant says: "I worked for Batterton Waterproofing during the time period of August 22, 2011 to September 30, 2011. I quit due to extremely dangerous work conditions as my foreman drank excessively every day on the job site and my fellow employees smoked marijuana on the job site. Furthermore, my final paycheck was withheld as fellow employees claimed that I owed them money. I never authorized any money to be withheld from my paycheck.”
