Claimant says: "My salesperson was Bob Shingler, the store was at 8597 Sancus Blvd, Columbus, OH 43240. I called the Bassett Furniture Co., customer service dept. approx 4 yrs ago with several complaints about the furniture and all I heard was..you're out of warranty! Growing up I always heard that Bassett was the best, but I don't feel this way now. On the back of my invoice, it states your warranty as limited lifetime, it just doesn't state what is limited.”
