Complaint Types: I just feel ripped off.

Claimant says: "I had purchased a Nook color and adaptor back in September of 2011. As a gift, I had been given an Ipad which I liked better. Therefore, the items were returned on October 11, 2011. It is now January 5, 2012 and I have not yet been credited for the actual Nook. It appears on my previous billing statements the only thing they credited me for was the adapter.
