Claimant says: "I have developed a very bad cough from breathing the oil and other additives I am now having constant headaches and coughing up a thick mucus substance when I wake up. my left heel is in constant pail from wearing the rubber boots that were issued I have also lost wages as we were supposedly under contract for approximitely 1 year but only worked 3 months and was then replaced by other contractors. These attachments show what we worked in without any type of mask except rags or dust masks”
