Complaint Types: I just feel ripped off.

Claimant says: "The door handle on driver side was broken. They claimed that the door handle was cracked and when they opened the door it broke in half. There was no crack on the handle. i've owned this car for 8 years. the business claims the have no insurance. I thought any business doing work for the public must have insurance. I took my car to the Toyota dealer to have it fixed. It cost me 255.00 for the repair.I would like compensation for my loss.”
