Complaint Types: False charge placed on my credit card account

Claimant says: "This Co. placed a charged of $392.80 on my Master Card account without my knowledge or permission and sent it to another person in Miami , Florida that I do not know. Audio Discounters made a second charge of the same amount of $392.80 without my permission. I live in Arlington, VA and haven't ever ordered a product from this Co. Until these charges were placed on my account I had never heard of Audio Discounters.”
