Claimant says: "I was instucted by Fairless Motors where I purchased my 2003 Trail Blazer to take my vehichle to American Repair Automotive to have my reat tailgate struts replaced. Upon picking my car up, the remote would not unlock my doors. The owner Steve suggested it was the battery to the remote. I took the remote to the GMC dealer to get a battery which they replaced, however the remote still did not work.
