The Dealer, who has had problems with Ally before, sent them a letter stating, ...at lease turn in was not present but Ally is disregarding that. Ally keeps calling me to pay or they will send this to the credit bureaus. I keep telling them it is not my fault and the vehicle was OK when I turned it in. They have no proof that it was there at that time. It must have happened after turn-in. I do not feel they have a right to charge me when the car sat at the dealer in deep snow and was not inspected at the dealership when it was turned in. AND this is the second time this has happened with Ally. I think the car should have been inspected at the time I turned it in or they should take it as it is. I have been dealing with Ally about this since February. They have now offered me a deal at $248.00. I said I would pay them $100.00 only to stop their harassment. I feel Ally drop the ball, Ally waited 6 months and thay sent me the title to the car when I received the letter in July the lady told me disregard the car was paid for.
