Claimant says: "Tony Leach (AllAmerican Construction), started a remodeling job on house at 109 Southland Av College station Texas and walked away from the job after receiving approximately 20,000 dollars in payments. He broke the house down and promised to have the house ready for occupancy in 6 weeks and after over 4 months has not completed basic requiremetns like electrical and lights being completed, floors not done, kitchen torn down and promised cabinets not installed that was paid for. The bathroom's broken down and tubs not put back in that was paid for. The painting was not complete and poor quality. The yard was not mowed after 4 months as promised. The outside of the house was not painted as agreed. He removed items from the house not given permission for like heaters he claimed did not work. He cut away at square footage from the house before getting permission. He broke windows in the house and did not replace. He hired substandard people to do the plumbing, work which was not legal and up to city permit requirements. He delayed the completion of the job and worked another full time job without completing his obligation to our agreement. He never sent an itemized account of services. He claims after the fact he found he is being sued for non performance of contract and agreement, he says fradulently that he will invoice for additional payment for service never agreed upon by me nor delivered by him.
