Claimant says: "They refuse to give credit on a pair of tickets to New Orleans on July 19th, 2010. The booking agency never sent an e-mail confirmation and I had no way of knowing the details of my flight. I checked every kiosk in the Raleigh Airport searching for my reservation, including Airtran. They agreed to credit me the cost of my tickets and at the same time penalize me $75.00 per ticket.
