Complaint Types: I just feel ripped off.

Claimant says: "I am trying to return product I received to get a refund of 99.96. I cancelled the order but they charged my credit card sent the trial order & refuse to give me a rebate because I cancelled the order & they won't accept a return & refund my Credit Card. I feel like I've been scammed & I would like to return the unopened bottles & get a refund on my credit card. Please help! I have sent emails I have called customer service !”
