Claimant says: "I went to A New You and received laser hair removal for my upper lip and bikini area. I have blonde hair and was told they have a special machine for blondes and that I would have to keep having the laser services for the hair to disappear. I had their services for about a year. The hair grew back. Years later I contacted Ideal Image who specializes in laser hair removal and found there was no machine that could remove blonde hair.
