They sold me this great story about how wonderful and in depth thier YP.Com listing would be and how they have hundreds of parterns that would be upadated and followed for comments. So what they proceeded to do was take thier DISASTER of a Listing from the YP. Com and posted it all over the internet, taking down all of MY WORK that I did with a ridiculous format and explaination of the business ( I have Screen Prints of these as well). I expressed my frustration via emails and phone calls and every time a supervisor called me he was DRIVING on the phone! And when the first initial complaint came through the Sales People did the same thing with a Conference Call while driving! I have been trying to get them to cancel this for the past two weeks now and they keep telling me I can't becaause I signed the comptuter. I have lost business because of these people wiping out ours of my work! ngelo and Chris,
I have seen your updated version of what I sent you and it is still hard to follow and there is basic punctuation and symbol errors. For example some places you put a this symbol : and in others you have a dash - ....
Furthermore, each Service we offer needs to be in BOLD letters so customers can follow this, and there are still no photos and the logo is showing up as a red box and an error.
This is seriously getting ridiculous with these errors and basic punctuation is wrong and then your YP team STILL publishes this....
This is NOT Rocket Science, and this is seriously becoming a joke of how a simple page cannot be put together, especially since I spelled it out for you and did it!

I have RE-WORKED this AGAIN ...please see attached and give it to your people who create these ads, and have it fixed immediately. I spoke with Ken Ho today twice and I told him this morning I wanted to cancel because of all of the hell I have been put through with this YP.COM and ATT stuff. I am still dumbfounded that a Supervisor of Gabrielle and Matt calls me trying to talk to me seriously about an account and BOTH times he spoke with me while driving and on the phone! He call me last night while driving and then this morning while driving and then he called me around 5PM tonight again on his cell phone while driving! I just cannot believe how unprofessional this entire situation and business account was handled from the beginning. Starting with the YP.Com listing that was done as if a 15 year old put it together by throwing a bunch of phrases together and their was ZERO format and Zero organization. It was completely messed up, my coupon was taken off, and all the info the put up there was wrong. I informed Matt Sterling of this at 8PM at night when I noticed it launched with 4 ADS and it was a disaster, so he emailed me and told ME to write it out the way I wanted it. Which I thought was absolutely ridiculous thing to ask, especially knowing the money that you were trying to charge me! Nevertheless, I needed fixed ASAP, so I stayed up until Midnight and reformatted it and sent it to Matt and he said he would send it right to marketing department and then give me a call in the morning. So by noon time the only person who called was Gabrielle and she said she was going to see Matt in about 15 minutes and they would be calling me together. Then 5 minutes later Matt said they would be calling me at 3PM together, so I asked him is it 3PM or 10 Minutes like Gabriella just called and told me, and he responded by saying 3PM. So here is when the NONSENSE begins....they both call me and have me on SPEAKER PHONE WHILE DRIVING, and I asked Matt if he saw the Business Description that he told me to do and if he submitted right away like he told me he would. His response was he did not get a chance to look at it yet! ..I could NOT believe it when he said that because I stayed up until Midnight the night before thinking he was going to have it sent over right away to get it fixed. And to top it off neither one of them had a computer in front of them because they were DRIVING and then they were trying to see it on their Iphones! And saying the see some comparisons between the horrible one that Yp.com launched and mine with the correct format! I could not believe what I was hearing! Then I told them the should have never called me to discuss my account and address my concerns via cell phone conference call while driving! I just cannot believe the UN-PROFESSIONALISM that has been displayed! I told them to give me a call when they actual can look at the stuff on a real computer and then call me. Then after I got done dealing with that nonsense Chris then called me to tell me that we were being charged $770!! Which I was told $600!! And I could not believe it when he told me that it was $120 a month for that horrible YP.COM debacle. Chris then said he was going to call you and then I never heard from him again, until I tracked him down yesterday and told him to CANCEL EVERYTHING, he said he was going to try to fix this and speak with you and told me to call you, which I did. I also sent you several emails that included correspondences with Matt and Gabriella about my unhappiness with the service. And this is when Mr. Ken Ho came into the picture with the Cell Phone Driving Conversations he had with me.
This thing has been a nigthmare, I told Ken, Gabrielle, Matt, Chris and you that I want this account cancelled due to the unprofessionalism and over promising and under delivering of your services, I get sick just thinking if I had to deal with this nonsense for the next year of my life. I need you to please contact me from a LANDLINE or at least when you are not DRIVING so I can get this account cancelled ASAP.

I was just looking at the Aol Yellow Pages listing that you guys did, and as you can see below it is ridiculous and hard to read and there symbols all over the place.
I am EXTREMELY frustrated right now because I SPENT alot of time doing this MYSELF with all of these listings and not to have YP.COM come in and wipe them all out with a subparr ridiculous listing that is a mess of words thrown up again...so now on top of being upset about my YP.COM listing, your company has now wiped our weeks of work by ME trying to update over 30 sites.... I NEED THESE ALL FIXED ASAP....Your ADS are confusing my customers and are All over the place!
When did you want to have a call again with Cindy today, is it still noon? Because I was promised everything would be fixed BEFORE the call today...
