Claimant says: "We have tried numerous times to have Mr. Dale Wilbur come to the house he painted for us. He said he was going to do all kind of things before he painted, so it would not peel. One month after he was paid $1,665.00 there was problems. He said he was going to take care of the peeling and still has not showed up when he said he would.
