Claimant says: "Took my 2005 Nissan Frontier P-up truck to be repaired, was told it needed to be rebbuilt with only 85,000 miles, would be $1,500.00. Then they called me back said it would be $2,400.00 had to apply for loan tru them to get my truck back. Took it to another shop was told transmission was not rebuilt or even taken out of truck, they only replaced the TCM. Wish i could sue”

The woman there was very hateful and abusive and told him that if he did not come up with 550.00 by Monday that she would have his truck hauled off to a junk yard. He tried to explain to her that he was dissabled and on SSI and that he is a picker and it would take him some time to get the money together.
