Complaint Types: I just feel ripped off., Bad business practices

Claimant says: "I paid $125.00 for a NRA class, that I wasn't able to attend because of a last minuate work change.When I returned,I called the shop to reschedule the class at a later date,the lady on the phone informed me of the no refund policy.I told her I didnt want a refund but only to take the class I had paid for.She stated the manager(Sue)would call me back. Almost 48 hrs later,she calls only to inform me that its store policy to keep the money,not to reschedule a person who missed the class, Thats store policyis all she could say.”
